Returns & Refunds Policy
At McGinley’s Furniture, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We ask that all customers carefully check product dimensions, colours and specifications before placing an order.
Returns Policy
Customers wishing to return goods must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order.
All goods returned due to a change of mind must be in perfect, unused and fully resalable condition, free from damage, marks, stains or signs of use, and in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
For discretionary returns where goods are unsuitable or a customer has changed their mind, a 30% restocking charge will apply to the purchase price of the returned goods.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from our discretionary returns policy:
- Special-order furniture
- Custom-made or bespoke furniture
- Furniture ordered in specific fabrics, colours or finishes
- Floor models and ex-display furniture
- Clearance items
- Mattresses
Returning Goods & Collection
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning unwanted goods to our warehouse beside our showroom.

Alternatively, we can arrange collection of goods, subject to availability. Additional collection charges will apply and will be confirmed before collection is arranged.
All returns must be agreed with us in advance.
Refunds
Returned goods will be inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet our returns conditions.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking or collection charges.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your furniture arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a suitable resolution.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Statutory online cancellation rights, including applicable refund and return requirements, take precedence over our discretionary returns conditions.
