We offer a nationwide delivery service for all products.
All deliveries in Donegal, Derry and Tyrone are delivered free of charge on orders over €500 and carried out by own two man delivery team.
For bulkier items in the remainder of ireland we outsource deliveries to a third party that specalise in furniture transportation . This allows for a 2 man delivery team that can build products if requested.
Smaller items are dispatched by our courier partners.
Lead Times
The lead time is generally 2-4 weeks for stock items and for non-Irish suppliers or bespoke orders this time could extend to 12 -20 weeks. This is of course entirely dependent on our suppliers having your order itself in stock. While every effort will be made to keep within this time frame it may not always be possible to do so. In the event that a product is not in stock or delayed we will notify you as soon as possible. We at Mc Ginleys furniture will not be held responsible for delays that are out of our control.
At the time of placing a order we will contact the customer to give a more accurate lead time or if a product is needed by a certain date we suggest contacting McGinleys furniture by email or phone to find out a accurate lead time.
Delivery Day
Once your furniture is ready for dispatch you will be contacted by McGinleys Furniture or by our 3rd party provider dealing with your delivery to inform you of the expected day and estimated time of delivery. On the day of your delivery, you will be informed of the estimated time of arrival which will be am or pm. We cant provide a exact time of delivery on the date but can arrange a telephone call 3o mins prior to delivery arriving.
If delivery/assembly date is agreed and nobody is present at stated delivery address to accept delivery then extra charges may be incurred for an agreed second delivery date/time.
